Huai’an Inze answers the global call for sustainably sourced fabrics, bridging the personal and societal at a defining moment in our ecological stewardship, will provide new products made by sustainably sourced fabrics by Sorona® to customers.
Sustainably sourced fabrics by Sorona® are ready for many applications. Its unique molecular structure makes the Sorona® polymer ideal for a wide range of apparel. Using different fiber variations – alone or blended with synthetic or natural fibers – Sorona® fabrics deliver performance benefits that matter to eco-conscious consumers.
Applied to the SORONA® fiber and polyester fiber, this patented technology can produce a natural “molecular structure like a small spring”, which makes the fabric comfortable, highly elastic, resilient, not easy to deform, wear-resistant, durable, color-fixing and fade-resistant.
The DTY+SORONA® doubling process can generate a double helix structure, a higher yarn twist degree, better wear-resistant and moisture-absorptive properties. As a result, the fabric has a good cotton feel and won't lose its functionality after frequent washing and use.
Additionally, this patented technology echoes the environment-friendly concept of pursuing sustainable development for the garment industry: the core raw material of the SORONA® high-performance materials comes from plant sugar, which, as a substitute of traditional petroleum-based fibers, can make the manufacturing process less dependent on petroleum and petrochemicals. When compared to nylon, the unique fiber uses 37% less petroleum, 30% less energy, and emits 63% less carbon dioxide during production. Therefore, the production is more energy-efficient.
